There aren't to many place left in the USA that doesn't have some sort of fast food place close by. There also are not that many citizens that have to drive almost a 45-60 minutes one-way to a Walmart. In fact I think something like 90% of the US population live within 15 miles of a Walmart.
We happen to have found and will now live in one of the few places that has neither, and for lunch today I found that out the hard way. After getting the cable and internet hooked up I was ready for lunch. One problem we had little food in the new house and nothing close by to grab anything.
While scrounging I found some Triscuts, peanut butter, and chili beans. I would have ate the beans but with no can opener I was limited in my selection so 1/3 of a box of Triscuts dipped in peanut butter was all I had left. Although not to bad, it wasn't enough energy for clearing yard trash.
